Murder Suspect Gabriel Matthew Garza
On Sunday, February 26, 2017 Fresno Police officers responded to 1434 E. Griffith Apt. 201 for a victim of a gunshot. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, 20 year old Amber Baker inside the apartment suffering from a gunshot wound. Victim Baker was later pronounced deceased at the scene. Detectives conducted follow up investigation and determined Suspect Gabriel Matthew Garza was one of a group of subjects indie the apartment. The group was seen handling two handguns inside the apartment. A short while later suspect Garza was seen entering Victim Baker’s bed room and closed the door. A loud gunshot was heard and the group of subjects fled the apartment prior to the police arriving. Suspect Garza is wanted for violation of PC 187 Murder. Suspect Gabriel Matthew Garza is believed to be hiding in the Fresno area.
